I also lost 19 pounds. I have 1 coworker who noticed, but no one else. It's ok. I know that I feel better and have bought some smaller clothes, so that's all that matters.

I started on Jan 4 and have lost 14 pounds so far.

I started at 241 lbs. on Jan 4th. I eat about 1300-1350 calories per day and ride the stationary bike 3X per week. I've lost 13 pounds in 3 weeks.

Down 2 more pound this week. 13 so far, with 52 to go.

Great job on resisting the temptation. I'm proud that even though I took my daughter and her friend out for dinner, I kept my order healthy and only ate 1/2. I came home and did 30 minutes of cardio, and I feel good.

I started on Jan. 4 and so far have lost 7 pounds.

I set my weigh in day as Friday. I just started last Friday and have lost 6.8 lbs. this week. I know the first week is usually when I lose the quickest (based on previous diets), but I'm hoping to make steady weekly progress.

The good thing about cruises is that there is a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. They also have the exercise equipment. Enjoy your vacation!

I also suffer from Plantar Fascitis. I make sure to stretch before getting out of bed in the a.m. I also wear Birkenstock shoes most of the time. These shoes mold to your foot and take some of the pressure off your heels. I stay away from totally flat shoes, slippers, etc. because they have no support and tend to irritate…
