My favorite are the protein pancakes from Pinterest....greek yogurt, egg, honey, flour and baking soda. Usually make with bananas but this past weekend only had mixed frozen berries. They were delicious in them. I look forward to these every weekend.

I have big calves, I measured them this morning and they were 14.5 instead of 15. I can zip up my boots without using a hanger and feeling like the circulation is being cut off. 5'1" here....I don't know my bust because that's the least of my problems so I don't measure. I don't care if they get smaller or not. My waist is 29.5 and hips are 36.5. bump...just started lifting. I did my TDEE calculations and subtracted 20% and got 1264. That's with 3 days working out. I upped it to everyday working out since I walk everyday and got 1506. I'm scared.

I have the same problem and I sit at desk all day long so periodically, I do dips off my chair. I try for 5+ sets of 15. We'll see if it helps. I also added lifting to my routine.

I've always said fine dining, wine and chocolate were wasted on me....buy me the cheap stuff. Milky Way, Twix, 3 Musketeer, Peanut M&M and for wine, Arbor Mist Blackberry Merlot, although I would be more satisfied with a diet 7-up. I'm a cheap date :|

I bought a long navy lace/beaded gown online to wear to either a wedding and/or holiday party last year. I looked like a stuffed sausage in it. I tried it on again and it looks great. Too bad I have nowhere to wear it. I'm guessing/hoping it will be too big to wear at the next holiday party.

I didn't log every day...lazy but I only missed one day because of driving 5 hours to visit a friend for the weekend. I walked 135 miles this month and still have tonight's walk to do which should be about 5 miles.

normally just walking 4-5 miles a day but today adding circuit training class with a friend as a guest at her gym

me! well 1075 is my daily goal but sometimes go a little over and I walk every day. Only 5'1", I find that works for me.

July 1st - 5.04 in 1 hour 17 minutes July 2nd - 4.04 in 1 hour July 3rd - 5.28 in 1 hour 20 minutes July 4th - 4.23 in 1 hour 3 minutes July 5th - 5.09 in 1 hour 14 minutes July 6th - 4.26 in 1 hour 2 minutes That's 27.95 miles, 3184 kcal so far for July. I use Endomondo. Happy walking.

5'1", started at 160, down to 138 lbs (the morning for July 4, I was 136) but TOM shot me back up 2 lbs. I'm watching calories and walking 4-6 miles every day. I want to get down to 120. My initial goal was 125 but now it's 120. I'll reevaluate from there.
