I just started Keto and intermittent fasting. Check out Dr. Eric Berg DC on Youtube. He has a lot of tips and a video on what to do when you plateau. What I like about him too is he gets straight to the point.

I am reading "Sugar Crush" and it's helping me understand what sugar does to our body. Also checked out Dr. Eric Berg DC on YouTube. I like him because he gets straight to the point without some long intro. It's helping me (as well as my bloodwork saying I'm pre-diabetic).

I do like the 1byone scale. I like that it takes AA batteries and even if those other numbers are garbage, it's fun. Also, I always said I was 5'1". This scale says I'm 5' 0.63". That kinda ticked me off ;) Had my son's height and he's still growing so that is cool too.

I'm in. I'm 52 years old and totally starting all over!!! Want to lose about 40 lbs. Our work started a biggest loser contest and it's motivating me to not lose and gain the same 3 lbs over and over again. I'm trying to drink more water and cut out the junk and move more.

Yeap....my whole life I said, just once I want someone to say I'm too skinny and here it is, so yay. I'm not too skinny. 5'1", 123 lbs (only because I gained some weight over the holiday week). I was at 118 lbs for about 5 minutes before the holiday.

apparently I can't read....you said "weekday" not weekend. Oh well, usually a Fiber One Lemon bar and FF Mootopia, no sugar mocha cappucino powder and ice, I mix in my magic bullet and bring to work to replace those high-calorie Mocha Frappe's from McD's.
