I used to dread walking and made myself walk. I have now walked 50 days in a row, 120 miles in May and 137 miles in June. Normally about 4-6 miles per day. It's now finally something I need to do....no excuses.

I'll sometimes watch that show with my son (11 years old) and every commercial, we'll do sit-ups together...him pushing me. I like the show but sometimes just want to relax during those commercials :)

5'1" here...first goal was 135 but decided I want to get down to 125 and then reevaluate. In high school, my top weight was 125 and my low weight was 115. I may want to get back to 115. I was at 130 just 2 short years ago and now here I am trying again....hopefully for the last time because I'm sticking to MFP and watching…

I am 48 and also have hashimoto's hypothyroid. Feel free to friend me. I'm 5'1" and doing about 1100 cals a day and finally losing. From looking at this thread, I really should add more weight training. I walk everyday for about 4-5 miles (about 4 mph). I only have 5 lb weights but should up to at least 10 lb.

I will treat myself to a steak 1-2 a month on the grill with sauteed mushrooms. Love a good steak and I will fit it into my calories for the day.
