I'm going to take my cooler of beer, snacks etc and get in the pool. I plan to be drunk by fireworks time! I'll also drink more than I eat. My whole family will be together at my parents house so I'm super excited. I'll log it best I can given my level of drunkness and have a kick a** time!

I do this too, I will lose and then it stops for for a few days and then starts back up again. So many things that the scales can't tell you. When this happens, I remind myself of my progress, drink extra water and keep on driving myself. Congrats on your loss by the way! Great job! Keep at it girl!

I know you said that you don't have the money to see a doctor, but honestly that's the only way you are going to find an answer. People are really helpful on this site but they can't give you medical advice. Maybe you could find a doctor who would see you on a sliding scale based on your income. Do a google search and see…

I replaced a great deal of my foods. My favorite is using eggplant as the pizza crust and making kale chips in place of regular potato chips! They are so crunchy and I pefer them to regular chips.

You don't have to eat it. I usually don't eat until around lunch. I'll have a small snack if I'm hungry but it's not needed.

You can add me. I stay at around 1200. My Dr actually gave me that number so I know people are saying we can eat more, but my Dr has me on a certain diet because of medical issues. Anywho, anyone can feel free to add me. I will ask him about upping mine on Thursday when I have my check in appt.

When I had to hold my pants up to run... I spend more on workout clothes than regular. I love Costco. they have great workout clothes and sports bras that fit good but are cheap! TJ Maxx is good too.
