If that's wrong sir, then I don't want to be right. My all time favorite beer!

At one time, I had headphones that plugged into my phone. Not a good idea. I caught the cord with my arm and jerked the headphones out, but they were still connected to my phone. So that also jerked the phone out of its holster and sent it flying about 10-20 feet. Fortunately, it had one of those really tough skins/cases…

This has already been said but... when I'm running and something catches my earphones and jerks them out of my ears! I just want to hit something!

Beers! I drank all the beer!

This times 1000. I hate bunched up undies when I'm trying to get my run on.

My heart goes out to you OP. I gained alot of weight and although my husband never mentioned it, I'm sure he thought it. I think there is a fine line with a spouse telling you in a respectful manner than he/she is concerned with your weight gain and telling them they are fat... Personally it would have hurt me a great deal…

Yep I only wear Asics too. I've tried different brands and I have issues. I heel strike and I over - pronate so I have to be careful. I did buy a cheaper style and I've noticed issues with my knee, so I'm going back to the Nimbus.

I love mine! I love how it syncs as well. It's easy to use and I love using the chest strap to measure burns. I recommend it for sure!

I'm so glad you posted this. I can't believe with my weight loss how my butt disappeared. I'm going to keep watching this post for ideas. It seemed like it happened all at once too. Thanks to the people who responded, I can't wait to see all the replies!

I do a version of Atkins. I love it. I've lost over 40 pounds since March of this year. It takes some work to adjust it so that you can sustain it. I think it's more about what you are comfortable with. Try it!

Things I hated about being fat... 1. Pictures 2. Mirror 3. How I felt, tired and out of breath 4. Avoiding family functions because I hate being the fat one 5. Clothes shopping 6. Swimsuits Wow the list could go on and on. I've still got 10 more pounds to lose but man I feel so much better now after losing over 40 pounds.…

I love all the beers. In fact I just did a Tap and Run where I get to do the two things I love most in the world. Drink beer and then run! It was super awesome...

Love this thread! 1. Ran a 5k. It was supposed to be fun, Tap and Run but I treated it like a real race! It felt so good to complete it! 2. I haven't lost a single pound this month and I won't freak out about it. I only have 10 more to go... sigh 3. I don't stress about rest days anymore and I enjoyed yesterday very much!

It was rude of him. Period. I'm sure he meant well and that's fine but like the OP, I would have been very embarrassed since she was with her coworkers.... OP good luck and I wish you continued success. Everybody should have the opportunity to feel good and be comfortable. Best wishes!

I have a home gym and I run and walk outside. We have a lovely area that is right next to my house. It's great because I don't have to drive to go run.

I try to do 15,000 a day and 20,000 on the weekends. I have a desk job and sometimes I do better on days where I run in the AM and then go for a walk in the evening. I have a Viofit and I love it. It reminds me when I've sat for too long. I hate sitting in meetings because I'm always thinking I gotta get up and move!

I've tried the don't eat anything diet too. Which is why I'm always trying to lose weight. This is the first time in years that I feel like I can do this forever.

I got a 31. I think this is just a cutsy kind of thing. Not something I'd take serious. I know I have a problem because my entire day is around how to fit in more running time. Sometimes I think, if I didn't get married and have kids, I'd have more time to run. But I'm mostly kidding.... mostly. :blushing:

I've lost 42 pounds and mine were also the first to go. It's not the fact that they are smaller that bothers me, it's more about the sag factor I think. I thought about implants but I just don't know. I don't mind having smaller breast, but I do wish they looked better. Having complained, I'll take my smaller breast in…

So I've been doing Atkins since March but I had to add some carbs back into my diet and up my calories. My hair fell out and I started having severe dry skin and mood swings. I have learned to modify my food plan so it isn't restrictive and I can do it long term. I think all these fads are very damaging in so many ways. I…

I have a Garmin Viofit and I let it tell me how many calories I've burned. I don't log it in myfitnesspal. Otherwise I'd think I could eat everything! I try not to think about anything extra I do. I don't log my strengh training. I just consider it extra.

I usually weigh every few days. I was weighing everyday but I got to crazy about the numbers so I stopped. My focus has changed from losing fast to being fit and I'm measuring so much more now.
-
I ran for 6 miles total. I only had one 2 min walk break. I feel amazing and strong!
-
You looked very beautiful before and you look simply amazing now! That smile!! Thanks for sharing!

I like this. I was eating mainly low carb until about a month ago and my needs are changing and I've added carbs but stayed at a deficit. I also think you have to be willing to change. Also, hate to admit this, but I don't know if Atkins is a life long lifestyle. I did and can feel my food needs changing. (that probably…

My Dr told me I had insulin resistance and suggested I go low carb. He seemed to think it was the weight gain that caused it. Since the weight loss, I think it's much easier now and I've added more carbs to my diet with no ill effects. So, I think he was right. I'm just one person, but thought I'd add my experience.
