I think they both look good. I'd go with whatever you are comfortable in!

I've never heard of her but I now feel like I should watch her videos for entertainment.

I carry water with me everywhere I go. It seems to me that the more I drink the more I want, so it's a win win. I too drink more on the weekdays. I'd love to hear other suggestions.

Could be, I'm very new to this. My Dr suggested this diet and I love the results so far. I'm really nervous about how to maintain when I reach my goals. I'm about 15lbs from my goal weight. As to what I do then, I've no idea. I am hoping I can continue it and up my calories to maintain. I also started running in March and…

I stay away from most carbs, except fruit. I also have some kind of medical issue that the Dr still isn't really sure of. The weightloss is great but I feel so much better. I have twice the energy and I feel good all day, whereas before I would be tired all the time. So for me, low carb works. I can't say that it's right…

25lbs in 2 weeks just doesn't sound good. That's alot of weight. Could the scales be off?

This makes me think of the guys that would travel with covered wagons with their snake oil that heals everything. I've never heard of this. In just because.

My all time favorite is "If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you." I think about it everytime I don't want to go that extra mile or 5 minutes. Gets me through, every time!

Do you log your food? Start there. Second, you have to make time to exercise. Period. The end. It can get difficult with so much going on, trust me. I work full time and have three kids. It can be done!
-
Well 7 lbs is not that much weight... I bet you still look fantastic. I wouldn't worry about what others say, how do you feel? Start logging and staying within your calories and you'll be back on track in no time!

Hey there! I'm in GA too! I am on here everyday, feel free to add me! Good luck! Happy losing! :drinker:

I'm sorry you are going through this. People who name call are not worth your time. They are projecting their issues on you. As for the diet piece of this, it's something you can control. Focus on small things. Start with making healthier choices and logging your food. Maybe go for an afternoon walk or some sort of light…

My thoughts are that you can't be perfect all the time! Log it and move on!
-
Because it deserves to be on here twice... To the OP, good luck. I hope you've found the happiness you deserve.

I think the responsibility for losing weight and getting more fit has to be on the person. I do think you can be supportive and offer help here and there but I do not think what you say will really make a difference. People have to be committed and ready to do it for themselves.

Sorry not trying to be an ahole but I come to this board for motivation. I think we all struggle to make the right decisions for myself and my kids. I don't always succeed and I'm far from perfect in the food department but I learn more and more everyday.
-
Well I was spared until today and I was asked if I'd lost 60 lbs... Gee thanks. Oh and I got asked if I'm done losing yet. I mean why ask someone that. Weightloss for me is very personal and I don't share that at work...

Why is this topic under motivation and support?

I hate fast food. I didn't always but I do now. I guess my taste buds have changed. I can't remember the last time I had fast food. Also there are 5 of us in my family so it's not cheap either. I'm on the fence a bit but overall I do not think companies have a responsibly to make things healthier. I think we have to do…

I thought that after losing almost 30 lbs that I wouldn't be as sweaty... I was wrong. It may even be worse now... I hate it and love it at the same time because I feel like I've worked hard. I say lets embrace the sweat and repeat the phrase that sweat is fat crying. :drinker:

What a wonderful story! Congratulations! Your story and pics brought tears to my eyes!
-
You look fantastic! I can't wait to get there. I'm working hard everyday! Thank you for posting! It reminds me that I can do it.
-
Nope. No excuses here. I push on through. Working out is harder on the day before and the day of, but after that I'm good.

Yeah I cut out pictures of Orlando Bloom for my special room too! LOL Sorry not making fun, I love that!

I do atkins but skipped the induction part. I have limited knowledge but there is a atkins board on here. Personally beer throws me out of keto for sure. Also 3lbs is not bad. How much were you expecting to lose? Pick up where you left off and stay at it. You will lose.

Good point!

Go online and find the nutritional value for the items. That's what I always do. Sometimes I round up a bit to keep me inline with my goals for the day. We don't eat out that much anymore and when I do, I go online before we even go and decide what I'm having.

Don't put those kind of expectations around your weightloss. I feel like it sets you up to fail. Some weeks are better than others and even if you did everything right, it still might not work. Celebrate what you are able to lose in that time frame. Also measure, it has helped me out a ton when that scale doesn't show what…

I was scared this morning too. I bite the bullet and did, well I had a Dr appt, no choice. You can do it. Just remember that the scales don't tell the whole story. That's what I've been telling myself this whole time. I was upset because I'd only lost 1lb and I just knew it was going to be 2. I took a deep breath,…
