I make my own tortilla chips for when I need "crunch". super low in fat if that is a concern.

well your body will get use to the same thing all the time but you seem like you are mixing it up so I would think your ok for a while. If you start getting bored with the same things then change them up.

shoveling is in the data base. for the boxes moving if you can't find anything then maybe do that under cleaning but not the light effort one.

when I'm short on protein which is rare I'll eat a chicken breast or a sirloin. No carbs there.

Conair makes the weight watchers scale 40.00 at Target. Tells you weight, body fat, body water, bone, etc. I love it. I think you can also program 4 or 5 people into its memory as well.

Yeah, just try it, some people can't handle whey or can't handle it in morning. Every one is different so just try.

just tried and it did change my bmr from my original 169lbs to my current 155.7 lbs. but like I said it hasn't changed my calorie consumption

if you keep putting in your new weight it should however i have lost 13lbs and my calorie consumption hasn't change. It still says 1200...

Now I have a dilema. So many women come on here afraid to communicate with there spouce that they aren't going to eat certain things any more, this is where the delima comes in.....Are the husbands out there feeling bad about trying to sabatage what you are trying to accomplish? Agreed and how sad is it that our meat portion is so tiny, tiny tiny. It makes you realize how large of portions we were eating as if our weight wasn't telling us already

as long as you don't make a habit of it your good. Often I don't hit 1200 because I am eating better quality foods and way more often than I use to so I'm simply not hungry. What I've decided to do is make my breakfast and lunch when possible higher calories that way I can get close with dinner.

Depending on what your starting weight was you won't notice. The larger a person is the harder it is to see the difference but know that with patience it will all show.Also keep in mind that we see ourselves every day. Yep I do it. I'm on the second phase about 4 days in. I love it too. Except it gets on my nerves when it doesn't register the running, kickups, etc. I also bought a polar hrm cuz I discovered the hrm on the game is seriously off.

Polar with the chest strap. bought on their site. Love it. What ever you decide make sure it will let you put in your weight because some don't and depending on your weight you lose more or less during your exercise.
