JESUS......oh and chocolate would be tough

that looks really good. I didn't know there was turkey pepperoni. Thanks for the idea!
-
looks to me like you are right on track. 26 pounds in two months is great!
-
thanx for posting, i've been contemplating getting that one. I guess I will now.

I had ordered a case of GS tagalongs before the diet started and then they came after I started dieting. No I didn't even open them, I sold them. My self control comes from wanting this weight loss and body reformation more than I will ever want the cookies or breads or fats. To me it's a question of how bad do I want…

don't go below 1200 for sure. Figure what your BMR is and maybe stick to that. There is a calculator for that in tools . That is what your body burns just doing nothing, I figure being you probably do have activities then that would be extra????
-
since push ups are for the chest why dont you do the chest flies in place of them? Can you hold a dumbbell? We have to do them anyway (i'm still in level 1)
-
to me it seems if its in there it needs to be counted, even fruit. Too much sugar regardless where it comes from would be bad.
-
it takes 3500 calories to add a pound or loose a pound. Depending on the foods you've been eating it could be water hanging around.
-
wish i could help you but I'm an emotional NON eater. I do eat with boredom tho and just have to say to myself, "It's up to you Peggy, do you want to be big or small, your choice" very simple and cut dry.
-
two months isn't that bad. Ive been working out for 15 years but I have taken months breaks in between because Life Happens. Keep in mind that muscle has memory so when you get back to it you will get there quicker. That's something to look forward to as well as your great trip your planning. Sorry I couldn't get down on…
-
mfp automaqtically takes the calories off so yes you would be eating them.
-
sure do it without, either way it's tough so...
-
Tag a long cookies from the girl scouts.
-
two days rest is good either together or seperated. If your lifting don't work same body parts 2 days in a row.
-
Ive been using kraft fat free mild cheddar and Lifetime fat free mexican cheese. They both melt ok (not great) but the fact they are fat free makes it worth it not being gooey.
-
anytime you will do it is special enough, lol. Now about the fat burning-it's your heart rate that controls that. You have a body fat burning zone depending on your numbers. It can be found on many sites, just google it. For how long? As long as you can continue.

I believe the ground turkey is better in fats. I use it in everything I would normally use ground hamburger and I've also recently started using chicken as well. By the breast, grind them and waalaah

The Bible......definately a feel good book.
-
too funny
-
Agreed, It all depends on how bad you want it and how dedicated your willing to be.
-
well Mfp FIGUREs out your Base and w hen you told it if you were sedentary, active, etc that took care of the rest of them so at that point you just have to add in your exercise.
-
If its that late and i have calories left and I'm hungry i eat, if I'm not hungry I don't eat.
-
i currently weigh in every day for this specific reason. I am trying to find out through my scale that measures body water just how much I hold if any. Hasn't been long enough yet to get a number but I'll let you know.
-
This is what I believe....you will be able to do it when you want it bad enough. How bad to you want it? You must have the conviction that nothing can stop you and don't let anyone tell you you can't. There is a huge difference between 5, 500, or 5000 calories so stick to the lesser of evils. Good Luck and God Bless, Peggy

hi and welcome, just post all your food wether it's a good choice or not. Get enough friends to keep you encouraged but not so many that you can't actually keep up with every body. Be a blessing to them by being as good a supporter and you want them to be for you. Most importantly remember that with God all things are…
-
Sounds as though that may have added up to weightloss in itself. LOL
-
thats why I log also. And i could easily eat 3000 calories in a meal before I made myself stop doing it. I love the food I love so I feel everyone concerning that.
