don't be so hard on yourself. know that tomorrow you don't want to feel this guilt and keep your eating on point. That's all. Nothing more nothing less. You are not the only person to have a bad eating day so learn from what made you do it.

i think your doing right by stopping however keep moving a little until you get your breath back and then start again where you left off. It will take time to build yourself up to that cardio level but it will happen.

mine is a weight watchers and it's hard to tell but the man and woman are shapes (like on restroom doors) but very small so you really have to look. Hope that helps.

i think depending on the hours you put in I would change "lifestyle" in profile. If you had it at sedentary move it up. I clean houses but when I'm not working I am home sitting so I set my profile at sedentary and add the hours housecleaning as an exercise in my journal.

MFP tells us to eat them and as long as we stay in our caloric range we will lose the weight. I personally do not eat them, I let it be quicker weight loss cuz I'm impatient.

Protein builds muscle so I never worry about it being to high just too low. If you do any resistance training then you want your protein.

For those that aren't aware. It isn't necessarily the eating more that makes us gain weight when we quit smoking. Nicotine RAISES our metabolism so when we quit our metabolism slows down so you have to try and expend more energy to make up the difference.

I would stick to the 1200 and see what happens or get in more aerobic style exercise.
