Well I pushed through and did Day 3! I am less sore after doing it, but I have trouble with the stairs and sitting down on the toilet as someone above mentioned haha. I soaked in the hot tub last night, that seemed to help. Onto Day 4 tomorrow, going to keep pushing. I guess it's true what they say NO PAIN NO GAIN!! Thanks…

Thank you thank you thank you! I have been stuck on my last 10 lbs for about a week now ugh so frustrating but I'm not going to give up. I figured maybe I am just losing inches/gaining muscle. I haven't gained any weight but I have hit a stall :( I'm sitting at size 12, 185 lbs. Anyone have any tips? :)

May be only 2 lbs but you can definitely see a difference! It has definitely toned you up!

Thank you all :) I consume 1600 calories a day and I do atleast 40 minutes of cardio a day now, in the beginning I worked a bit harder but now I'm close to goal and maintain mode :)
