I also use runkeeper. Its a great app, and free! I have been using it for a year and a half, and have all of my runs on there. LOVE IT!

Beautiful pics! We have really had an oddly mild snow-free winter here in NS. We haven't had to shovel once, and everytime it gives a storm we end up with rain. I have run with capris a few times!

Today is run day for me too! However, by the looks of the weather it will be on the TM. I have been doing some of Jillians Ripped in 30 DVD's on alternate run days. love them! Have a great run :)

I have been having a lazy Sunday morning so far, sitting here at my computer with my coffee. We will soon head over to my moms for our regular sunday lunch visit. I do enjoy a glass of wine, but when I do....it makes me want to EAT!! It is so easy to lose control when I drink anything. I wish I didn't enjoy the wine like I do.

Thanks!! My aim is 1200 a day, and I do not feel like I am starving. It is rare that I am hungry, and if I am.....I let myself have something. Good info!

I went through this too when my kids were little and nursing. I would get up, nurse them and eat. It was terrible. Unfortunatley for me, there was no real magic answer, I just had to make myself stop. Not much help huh! After I had "controlled' myself the first night or two, it did get easier each night to go back to bed…

Good for you!!! I did just the exact same thing 2 weeks before Christmas. I bought a pair of Silver jeans...however mine are a 30x31....and I am trying to lose another 5 lbs for sure, maybe more. But then....I will just have to buy another pair when that happens! lol I was just getting tired of all my jeans bagging off of…
