Great job! And, thank you for sharing. Although our heights and weights are different, your total weight loss goal is very similar to mine as is how you have accomplished it. I am hoping to do something very similar to lose my extra +/- 50 lbs....eating better and sensibly, as well as exercising consistently. Good luck…
