I have PCOS as well. It can make things difficult. Sometimes it seems like the scale is never gonna budge. I know that it's hard when family doesn't understand. In the end, you have to make sure that you're making the right choices for you. Work on getting yourself happy and healthy, then worry about possible infertility…

I'm gonna give vlogging a try. I'll let you know when I have a channel set up. Just curious, what program do you use to edit your vlogs?

First off, congrats on getting your life back on track! The first step is always a big one. I know how loss can make getting up and moving difficult. I lost my Mom unexpectedly back in January, and getting out of bed was really hard in the morning. Also, vlogging is a great idea! I've been thinking about doing that myself.…

Added you! I've been logging every day and it definitely helps. I feel like I'm being held accountable for what I eat. That and a lot of times I won't eat something when I realize how many calories are in it.

I lost my Mom unexpectedly back in January and did the same thing. I know that she would want me to continue working towards being healthy, though she loved me no matter what size I was. This seems like a good challenge for me. It will help me get back on track.

Yea I've heard that before. I'll have to try it out and see if it works for me.

This is an awesome idea! I'm definitely going to be trying this out. And plus, my nails could use some color

I believe that getting junk food out of the house would be wonderful, but sadly isn't an option because I'm not the only person that lives in my house. I do however, like the idea of eating less calories during the day to calculate for what I will end up eating later. I'll definitely be giving that a try.

Nerd powers unite! Yea, I'm kind of a nerd. I should get a treadmill so I can work out and watch Doctor Who at the same time :)
