I am in the same boat - diet and exercise but not losing pounds or inches. MFP calculates me at 1200 BRM says 1400 So is that what I need to eat?

I originally lost 35lbs two years go. Gained and relost 10lbs two times but the third time it will not budge!!! I just turned 44 and am starting to wonder if my hormones are out of whack or something. I am so discouraged right now.

I have one cup in the morning with a sweet n low and nonfat creamer - I drink plenty of water all day and used to have 1 diet pepsi in between glasses of water. But once I gave up the diet soda all together, I noticed a quicker weight loss.

I have the same problem - I jokingly call it reverse anorexia because I think I look thinner than I am especially when I was over weight. When I started WW 3 years ago - I was shocked at the scales when I first weighed in. Pics may add weight but the scales don't lie.

It can be hard when you have less to lose - one of the things I liked about WW is they encouranged you not to think about the whole 50 or 100lbs you need to use but to only worry about 5lbs at a time. SO much easier to feel successful that way. And eventually the 5lbs add up!
