I am a night owl and a tv addict but i gave up sleeping in to go to the gym in the mornings before work. Makes my day better knowing my workout is done and I don't have to worry about squeezing it in after work or dinner or missing my tv shows :)

When I was at goal: 1/2 size smaller shoes Cold all the time Wedding ring flew off More face wrinkles My head looked too big on my body (to me at least) All still worth it to walk in and go straight for the Size 4 section at Ross - working hard to get back there again!!!

I thought I was doing good - eating in moderation with small portions of the foods I couldn't resist but I was wrong - up 5lbs!!!

5'8" Medium build Weight: 154 Bust: 34 D Waist: 32 Hips: 40 I guess I have an athletic build - never really get a waist no matter how much weight I lose My goal is 135 Been there before and felt great at that weight - long, lean and toned is my goal :)

I gain all my extra weight in my tummy - sometimes I wish I was pregnant so it would be justified :)

My goal is 1200 - I also track points (former WW success story) so I try to keep it under 1200 or about 25 points. I did it once before with under 1200 so I don't buy into the eating more to lose thing.

I know nothing tastes better than skinny feels but darn I'd love to be able to go out and drink wine and margaritas and pretty colored drinks without feeling guilty about them :drinker:

I put my gym clothes and shoes right by my bed so I don't have to stumble around looking for them in the morning - makes me more likely to head out to the gym. If you go after work - then go RIGHT after work. Don't go home and think you'll go later. It never happens

Sweets are tough for me too but I will allow myself one of something I really want instead of freaking out and eating 15 of them if I try to deprive myself. I am with you - just a nibble usually is enough to satisfy the craving without going crazy over it. Good luck to you!

Pick your favorite treat and have just a nibble then drink water and chew gum the rest of the day. Usually just a taste is enough to satisfy the cravings. If you are anything like me - depriving yourself will make you obsess about it then eat way more later on. But that is just me :)
