5'8" and started out at 167 and it was all around my mid section Got down to 134 and my waist waist never got under 30 inches - see my profile pic. I was very lean but had almost no definition at my waist :( I've since put some weight back on and refuse to take pics or weigh in just yet but my waist is back up to 32 inches.

My first tattoo!!! I have about 5-8lbs to go so I hope to lose it and keep it off till the end of summer. Then I don't have to keep it covered up, out of water, etc while it heals. Can't wait!

Doing my first Mud Run this weekend! Started lifting last month to build up my weak arms so I can pull myself over the wall. I pretty much run a 5k 3 times a week on the treadmill so I am hoping I can do it!

ME ME ME!!! When I was doing WW I would save all my bonus points and use them on the weekend. I still lost but I think it slowed me down. Trying not to go crazy on the weekends this time around.

It says 3-5 days per week but I averaged about 4 times a week in the beginning when it was quick and easy. Now I am running 3 times and doing light weights and elliptical on my off running days.

I lost 35lbs last year and felt like I lost the most in the last few months when I really started running. Maybe it is a matter of changing up your exercise when you get rid of the last few lbs

My hubby and I go to the gym together in the mornings. He rides the bike behind me when I do the elliptical or treadmill. He likes to send texts saying cute butt which makes me smile.
