  • Will the Polar act like the new Fitbit Force for my 24/7 activity and then be able to handle my workouts by adding in the HRM? Sounding to me like the Polar has a dual purpose. Will get me the 24/7 activity not unlike a Fitbit Flex/Force as well as double as a HRM when I go lift or do cardio? Please confirm if I'm reading…
  • Lost 103 in 9 months so 60 in 6 months is doable. I'd say the 1st sixty pounds were the easiest on me.
  • Interested in the same. I had a fitbit flex which I sold now looking at the flex...But after reading I think the Polar plus the heart monitor would be better. Interested in something I can wear all day in the office and also during cardio and 5x5 stronglifts.
  • Same here. I never got sweating the diet soda thing. More worried about sticking a Krimpit in my mouth than a diet soda. Deciding on a diet soft drink is on the bottom of my worries.
  • Just wow. Just completed my workout and used SS instead of the OHP and all I can say is....Great burn with no pain. I know I'm not staying true to the 5x5 but this felt like a great shoulder workout that is pain free. In fact, dead-lifts went better since I wasn't griping about the overhead press I would have normally just…

Not a form issue or to much weight just an old injury that others me when I do pushing exercises but not pulling exercises. Another person emailed me and indicated that…

  • The title of her post is " A fat girl that likes being fat" So from that I was supposed to see some other deeper meaning? Get out of here with your page 15 commentary. "Trying to look good" Its the internet and my reply to her was the 1st post I made here and I only did so because it was a horse**** post IMO. I assume she…
  • What is your game? No one is saying she can't feel good about herself but being morbidly obese is not a good thing. You're telling her its OK to be that heavy as long as you feel good about yourself. Horse****. She wants a healthier lifestyle but is fine staying fat. How the heck does that make any sense? This is arguing…
  • I got what you meant as I knew what I wrote on page one of this train wreck. Issue here isn't being comfortable with yourself. A guy with no legs that learns to accept his disability eventually should be applauded. This woman is happy to be obese and all the encouragement posts have me scratching my head. Why would anyone…
