I cook a lot at home, and my main problem has always been portion control. so I decided to make a meal plan by week, knowing what I am going to eat all 6 days of the week including the calorie count. This way I am more acountable. I just started this week, so lets see how it will work for me.

I am starting 30DS toady!!! I am hurting just to think about push ups!!! Planning to do the video and go to zumba later. All after a long day of work!!! well got to find energy and time to get back in shape and be healthy :)

Hi I will Start 30DS today. Height - 5'4" Age - 32 CW - 196 (my heaviest)! Goal - loose 10lbs by the end of 30 days Ultimate weight goal: 155 (being realistic here :) Good Luck to all of us!!!!
