I do get days like that where I just seem really hungry, not sure why it happens. Maybe increase your protein, drink more water that sometimes helps too.

I do the same, very rarely do I add creamer or anything. I now only have a specialty coffee drink(ie starbucks, peets) on a rare occasion, maybe once every few weeks if that. I think it has helped my weight loss to cut back on my mocha's and such.

I don't see why not, sounds like a nice alternative to me. you can also add stuff to water, have you tried adding fruit or cucumbers to water, adds a little something to it.

5.5 1/2 and I currently weigh 236, started at 262. My goal right now is 175.

I go over at least once or twice a week. And yes I get upset too, but going over occasionally is not a big deal, I"m trying to convince myself of that! Don't beat yourself up just keep plugging away. besides i'm not sure what you have your calories set to but mine is set to lose 1/2-1 lb a week, I tried to go lower, but…

Maybe try changing up your menu a bit, sometimes that helps get out of a plateau. Try a few new recipes or something. Been there i know how frustrating plateaus are. Hang in there, it will pass and you will start losing again.

I have not cut out anything completely. However I now rarely eat fried food, do not use much mayo-just dont' want to waste my calories on it, not that big to me. Cut out creamer and Starbucks those are now treats for me. IF I really want it fit it into my day. This is how I will stay motivated and keep going, cutting out…

Usually when I"m hungry. However when at work, I always eat at lunchtime, cause well its my time to go and I can't just go when I want. Typically I am very hungry by that point though... If for some reason I had a large snack in the morning and I"m not hungry AT ALL I will not eat and wait til I am.

Yes there is a difference! I know sometimes its hard to tell, but yes you are slimmer in the second pic and look more tone all over.

I loved doing breakfast burritos. You can make several at a time and freeze them and then just throw one in the microwave and go. I use egg substitute, a bit of cheese and various other ingredients depending on my mood. veggies, turkey sausage, etc.

Very true- If i stick to my friends feeds no drama, on the forum, yes drama like there is in every forum, there are always people that will not be supportive or be taken as rude. I don't visit these forums every day, it would drive me batty. ;)

i eat something healthy like popcorn without butter. sometimes gum or chewing on ice helps.

I officially weigh in (meaning logging here) once a week usually, but I find myself getting on the scale almost daily.

yes! same here haven't been able to get on all day, I have been able to log my food just don't have my feed. :(

My best suggestion would be to easy back into it. Start of by setting small goals, say 15 mins 3 x a week, for example and increase each week.

My biggest issue with drinking alcohol and weight loss is if I get buzzed, I tend to snack more, so I have been trying to limit, a beer here or a glass of wine there is ok, but if i drink more than one, I tend to say screw it and start snacking. :/
