If you read it on the internet, then it MUST be true...:noway: . Question: Are Eggs Considered Dairy? Answer: Contrary to a somewhat common misconception, eggs are not considered a dairy product, which refers to the product of the mammary glands of mammals such as cows, goats, sheep and others, and the products derived…

I am so sorry for what you are going through. I do understand. I also suffer from depression, along with ADHD and Anxiety. It is very hard to get out of a slump like that. I've been in one for about 6 months now, its frustrating. what helps me, is being outside, I like to take walks at a park near my work that is very…

hI! I'm 43 and have at least 40 more lbs to lose, feel free to add me. I've been in a bit of a slump lately, feel free to add me, I could use more people kicking me in the pants(or motivating me. :) ) ..

Congrats, you look great!!!

I try to weigh myself once a week. I do find that I sometimes weigh more often, but trying to resist.

I'm just completing a 10 day cleanse. over the weekend I made some chili, I used ground turkey, kidney beans, a lot of veggies to bulk it up, it was yummy, the last few days I have been putting it over brown rice and it really feels me up with low calories. yummy!

HI everyone! My name is Laura, I am 43 and mom of 2 girls, 5 and 9. So far I have lost 37 lbs out of my 80 lb goal, almost half way there! I work full time, commute 1 hr plus to work every day. A lot on my plate but working on getting healthy, feeling good now with the 37 lbs gone!

if you like chili you can hide veggies in chili pretty easliy, just sautee them up really well then add the rest of your ingredients. I have also made my own spaghetti sauce using fresh tomatoes various cooked veggies and herbs, etc and blended it all together, kids never new there were veggies in it. :)

you can add me, I'm happy to support. :) I"ve gotten back on track after losing focus over the holidays. I"m now very motivated and ready to do this!

Nope. been lazy so far today. But getting up soon to get some work done and will get some exercise in today. probably do some Just Dance on Wii.

Arbonne also has protein shakes, they are about $65, plus another $20 for added fiber boost, Cheaper than Shakeology and just as good, actually tastes better.

I try to change things up a bit like try a new healthy receipe or try some exercise I haven't tried. set small weekly goals to challenge myself. I also look at the progress I have made already and that helps too. Motivational quotes help too. :)

I am interested. I currently weigh 229, down from 264. I could definitely use extra support from those that can relate. I am on every day and log daily. struggling a bit right now, holidays are SO tough!

great thanks! That's what I've been doing, it definitely gets me wanting to move more to get past my 10,000 steps goal. I'm loving it so far. I can see why I am so tired every day though, I do not get much deep sleep.

264 lbs, 5'5

my goal is 175, I'm currently at 236. that is still considered overweight for me. I would have to go down to around 150-160, to be in the "healthy" range. I would just be happy to be considered overweight and not have to shop in plus size. When I hit that goal I will reassess my goal.

I've been there. I've been in a bit of a slump lately. The key is getting back into logging, I find I do better when I log. Hang in there!

I accept all FR, I occasionally go through and delete anyone not active or who never interact with me. I am here for the support and an occasional kick in the pants to help me get back on track. and if I can help others stay motivated then I'm happy. :) So far I have wonderfully supportive friends and have never had any…

??? that's odd.. I guess he assumes big people automatically smell bad?? I'd be offended by that, how annoying.

like everyone else said, process, boxed, frozen, canned food are all high in sodium. As are some meats, one of my problems is frozen meals, lots of sodium, and deli/lunchmeats are high in sodium too. Instead of say boxed rice, cook your own rice, and add to it, even something like a baked potato instead would be lower in…

yes- a picture is a good one!

I sometimes chew on ice, that helps a lot, chew gum, get up and do something, clean organize or something other than watching tv(that's what kills me sometimes is the watching tv and unwinding in the evening.).

I still battle with my emotional eating. I think what has helped me, part of what a nutiritionist taught me was the stop and deal with the emotion, if you are stressed, sometimes exercise(or even cleaning helps relieve some of that). Try to walk away from your child for a moment and do some breathing exercises, deep…

Feel free to add me, I am very similar, I am a working mother, started at 260, so far I am down 27 lbs, struggled for quite some time. what is working for me, is changing my habits, but not depriving myself. I am incorporating healthy eating into my lifestyle, the journaling helps tremendously!! just be careful about…

I've said this to myself MANY times.

I don't have time to log, or make healthy meals. I don't have time to exercise I'm a mom and have a long commute have no time for all that. I can't exercise cause this hurts or that hurts( probably cause I'm overweight). its genetic, its too hard for me to lose weight. I can't afford it.

Felt bloated yesterday so put on a pair of pants that were snug 3 months ago, and they almost fell off of me! Time to retire them yay!!!!
