Sorry my post keep deleting part way through! If I don't eat much in the morning I binge in the afternoon. Would it be worth trying to eat a decent breakfast earlier rather than waiting the 3 hours until 6am?

I can relate to this, I'm absolutely a boredom eater and I have rubbish willpower. Do you drink much water? Now when I get that craving to eat I make my self drink a big glass of water and wait 10 minutes to see if I'm still hungry. I'm starting over too! I've done well using MFP before I'm just struggling to find the commitment and enthusiasm but usually I find once I start logging everything it naturally becomes habit.... good luck everyone!
