  • wow! I didn't realize there were so many shorties out there. :) I am 5 feet tall, and currently weigh 124. I would love to be 110, but I think 115 may be a more reasonable goal to accommodate my boobs and my hips. ;)

  • I pretty much stick to oolong tea for the weight loss benefits. My favorite is Maharaja chai from Teavana. I drink it with a teaspoon of rock sugar.
  • Congrats! 27 lbs. Is a lot. I am sure people have noticed, but I find most people find it awkward to make weight related comments for fear of being offensive. Great job!

  • I 'm no expert, but 2,000 calories is probably too much for someone your size. It would also depend on how active you are.
  • Sounds like you have had great results, and are doing wonderful overall. Would you consider a different dress? It may not be so much a weight issue as a body type issue. Congrats on the wedding.
