I purchased an elliptical (used) because working from home doesn't have me moving around enough during the day and I've got lbs. to lose. Well 1st week with it here and I've worked out 5 days in a row. It's been hard, lots of excuses for not getting on but I managed to push through and get my workouts in 💪

I had cups sewn into my wedding dress to avoid fussing with a bra. I'ma DD and had no problems throughout the day/night.

Assuming you eat 3 meals a day - which is 21 meals a week - this is just 1 meal in the bigger picture. Don't beat yourself up about it, just makes it worse. Tomorrow is a new day and a new oppertunity to be succesful.
