I am also on a low-carb diet (I try for under 50g a day) and it's tough. I personally know it's working for me as I am 6lbs away from my goal weight and have lost 36lbs all together. You can do it! And if you go a couple weeks without going over, indulge in some pasta or bread, but limit yourself, that way, you'll get your…

Thank you everyone! I'm still taking it one day at a time and REALIZING it takes work to really make a difference. Now to lose 10 more and I'll be at my goal weight!

Yes! I've got a rowdy 16 month old and it's so hard to work full time, head straight to the gym and then come home to make dinner. The ONLY good part about it, is my son refuses to eat, so whatever my husband feels like I usually make and try to give some to my son. I'm more of a salad person for dinner (I eat a larger…

1: Right around 1200 calories a day 2: MFP only shows my cardio burn, but lifting weights actually burns more. I would either do stair climber for 20 minutes after workout, or run/walk 1-3 miles. If you want to see all three before and after pictures they are on in my photos. And just FYI, I never thought I looked that bad until I actually took pictures. Before pictures REALLY motivated me!

Yep, I'm 5'9 also! It's been tons of hard work, but it can happen. Let me know if you have any questions, I'd love to answer them for you. :)

How do I make the picture smaller? There is more than just two pics... Any ideas?

I'm a 36D and have to wear two sports bras. I agree, though with a previous poster. Target has pretty good sports bras, and in cute colors, too! Just make sure whatever you buy is fairly tight to hold them in. :)

I work full-time and my husband is a stay-at-home dad. When I get home from work, I eat, then head straight to the gym for a good 60-90 minute workout. I then come home, and hubby goes to the gym while I wind down with my little man (one year old) and put him to bed. After he's down, I usually do some sort of abs, leg…

I am 5'9 and started at 165. I'm hoping to be down to 140ish by June before our Caribbean cruise! Anyone want to help me? :) So far, in 18 days, I've lost 8 pounds!
