That's not really true. I've been Keto for several months now and work out for 1-2 hours every day on top of working 10+ hour days as a physical therapist. Once you become Keto adapted, you have plenty of energy - as your body is able to thrive on ketones as a fuel source and doesn't need the glycogen from the carbs.

Go to physical therapy. Most states now have direct access, meaning you can see a physical therapist without first seeing your physician (saving you $). A good PT can not only help to fix the flared ribs but should show you postural correction exercises and ensure that you're doing your core and other exercises properly to…

The processed foods cause huge blood sugar swings which leave you feeling like you need to eat more and more and more. The first few days of dropping the processed foods will probably make you feel pretty terrible, but the cravings…

You need to realize, also, that not all calories are created equal. My husband and mother both suffered from Fibro and chronic fatigue. Hubby cut out all sugar and grains from his diet and his symptoms have disappeared and he is able to enjoy life again (plus he's lost a lot of weight). Mom wouldn't listen to me about…

All calories consumed are not created equal. If you're eating a high proportion of your calories from sugar and carbohydrates you won't see the weight loss like you would from eating the same proportion of calories from protein. I have a relatively low-carb lifestyle in that I eat very little processed foods and very…
