  • Yea! I'm so glad I found this post! I'm new to MFP and just got a fitbit. I don't know how to account for the breastfeeding. I'm nursing my 10 month old and pumping while at work. Trying to lose weight, but don't want to compromise my milk supply. Which is the best way to account for breastfeeding on here?
