I meal prep every Sunday, which includes my breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for the week...so I log everything on the corresponding days so I 1. know what to grab the night before to take to work and 2. so I know if I have any wiggle room, which I almost never do.

Anyone can feel free to add me as well...I don't post a lot but my diary is open.

I am living my fitness journey the exact same way...I am a control freak and I get a great deal of satisfaction planning my meals and keeping close tabs on what's going in my mouth. At times I've thought to myself "do I have an eating disorder?" "Is this normal behavior?" As long as I'm eating healthy and living healthy…

I'm so happy I'm not the only one noticing this added benefit. I do grocery shopping once a week for my meals for that coming week, and that's it. No stopping on my way home because I'm having a weird craving for junk food or a certain fast food for dinner. I only let myself make an additional grocery store trip if I run…

I 100% relate to your struggle...I have been at a plateau for awhile, but I've been drinking tons of water, and exercising. You might be losing fat, but gaining muscle in it's place...this is the case with me because I'm noticing clothes fitting looser, but the scale hasn't moved. Keep it up. I read in Fitness Magazine…

I log on every day. It helps me feel accountable for what I eat. Add me :)

Thanks a ton...I think I have had all my questions answered here. I ordered the pink Zip and I'm so excited to start using it tomorrow morning. :)

So I can go into the FitBit app/website and tell it that from say 7:30p to 7:45p I was doing a torso rotation machine or crunches and it'll edit my calories burned? Additionally...does it reset your "steps"/calories burned at midnight or do you have to manually reset it when you start a new day. I don't want to wear it…

That was helpful...thanks. Now...I do a lot of abdominal work (crunches, seated torso rotation machine and ab glider)...they're all seated or kneeling machines where I'm not taking steps, but I'm doing some type of movement...I think I should remove it and just count the suggested calories from MFP's strength training…

You tip hairdressers don't you...tattoo artists are similar. The tattoo artist doesn't own the shop they're working out of...most of the time. They have to pay a percentage of their tattoo shop to the shop for their overhead/supplies...etc.

I'm looking into buying a Fitbit Zip too...my concern is that, in theory, any type of activity yields burned calories...and MFP gave me a 1200 calories/a day limit, and I record my daily gym activites...but I don't record basic things like walking around the office at work, or at home. Will the FitBit record those basic…
