Me too!! It made me so mad that I quit doing the body test after the weigh in.:laugh: I do like, though, that my Wii Fit tells me I'm actually 10 lbs lighter than my scale does. I go by my old, decrepit scale measurements though. Does anyone else have a descrepency or should I chuck my scale in the garbage? Hmmmmm.

If this is your regular schedule, then your body does not differentiate what time it is. To you.....lunchtime IS breakfast. Your internal clock is telling you that when you wake up it's breakfast time, so remember to eat soon after waking and all will be fine.:flowerforyou:

I couldn't agree more. The only thing "special" about the Special K diet is that it's low in calories. You should just cut calories anyway with MFP and at least have more variety with regular nutritious foods. You did it before, you can do it again.:flowerforyou:
