I work for the YMCA, have a free membership, and STILL prefer to workout at home! I have everything I need right here....so much nicer and much more convenient.

I use a Polar F6. One of the best investments I've ever made. On a side note...a lot of people forget to subtract their BMR calories from calories burned when they exercise which causes them to go over. Just an FYI

If substituting isn't an option, just remember to never…

I would go by the "use by" date on the greek yogurt you are using and it should be fine if refrigerated and sealed properly. It's never a good idea to freeze anything dairy based, not because of spoilage but because freezing causes the texture to rapidly degrade.

Agreed. While I'm no expert by any means, I do know that fat loss cannot be targeted. A general rule is that the older the fat the longer it takes to lose that fat. Older fat is very stubborn. It is certainly a great idea to tone up those ab muscles so when you lose the fat you have a great looking tummy BUT keep up the…

She's just stating a fact, people. No need to get defensive. She's just saying, in a nutshell, that our American diet involves alot of processed diet junk foods and it really does trick alot of people into think they are doing good for their bodies by eating "diet" foods when, in actuality, they are processed garbage.…
