Start a playlist consisting of a variety of tunes from slower songs for warm up, stretching etc. i use Namaste yoga tunes for that ... then full on tunes for lifting, cardio etc.
I am 42 so the 80's were my era ... I have Whitesnake on there , Bon Jovi, Motley Crue, Rocky Soundtrack from the movies,
Scorpions, tunes liek that. It really helps get you through.
I do martial arts as well and when I am getting tired out the music helps push you on to finish... Hope it helps ... Rob0 -
