Insanity is a high intensity workout program, not a diet. Although there is also a nutrition guide that goes along with the program.

Wanted to run this morning but at 15 degrees outside I couldn't muster the motivation. Did get a 45 minute mix of weights and cardio in a little bit ago tho so all is good.

I did 2 rounds of Insanity this past winter. As long as you follow the program and eat right you will have excellent results. ^this! This is your vacation. Enjoy it. Make smart choices at the buffets but eat what you want and enjoy the fancy dinners without any guilt. I've been on 3 cruises so far. I stay so active both on and off the boat that I'm burning up a lot of those calories I'm eating as I go.
