Thank you very much! He has done VERY well! He is down 51 lbs. I have become more active as well -- we are going out and exploring. Hiking. Day trips. Things we never used to do. Its refreshing.

hi! I use sour cream as a base for the Alfredo sauce. Ingredients Calories Kraft - Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping, 4.5 tsp 45 Sour Cream - Light Sour Cream, 3.5 Tbsp 61 Wal-Mart Great Value - 1% Low Fat Milk, 0.5 cup 55 Total: 161 Per Serving: 81 Add more parm, if desired. :)

You do you have to sit through a few commercials, and sometimes it breaks for commercials -- but we continue to do the same "motion" while the commercial is on. There are a TON of different videos. Its awesome. :)

We bought a Roku around christmas time, and there are exercise videos on a channel called FitnessTV. We are using this 'jazz" dance one 3 - 4 times a week. And Im using 2 lb weights along with it.

I'm 5'3". SW 343 CW 311 GW Right now, Under 200. I know I have a long way to go. But I"m going to continue with this goal of mine. I dont think ive ever been under 200 in my life. First, I need to get under 300. So close I can taste it! Good luck, ladies!!

I have a simple smoothie every morning. 6 oz of lowfat strawberry yogurt 6 oz of lowfat 1% milk 1 cup of frozen fruit (depending on what i'm feeling. . . ) Blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, pinapple, peach, mango.

It is based on your height and weight. My boyfriend and i will exercise together and enter the same amount of time for the same exercise and it will give us two different results. But again, we do not know if they are infact what exactly we loss, so we do not fully eat our full exercise calories. But half of them.

I bake chicken with lowfat mayo (2 tbls at most) with reduced fat parm on top. Yum! Or bake chicken with bbq sauce on it. Both sides with brocolli and rice. :)

You need to look at your sodium intake. Your sodium will make you hold all of the water that you are consuming. You are well above what is good for your daily intake.
