  • My little one is 6 months, and I am looking to lose the remaining weight, AND the weight from my previous pregnancy in 2015.
  • Thank you, I will continue my walking of 7000-10000 a day.
  • . I dont think people are understanding my post.... I asked if anyone had done this...
  • I am 5'4", 355 lbs, and I am a size 24.
  • Today I'm at 17000, but on a normal day I am hitting around 12000...pretty good for a desk job.... It pays off! (I recently dropped a jeans size in the last month.) You've got this!

  • You do not get to decide if you made anyone feel bad. They get to decide that. You can spout facts out all day long. If you spout them in a conversation that has nothing to do with you, or what it is about then -- You, Ma'am, are not concerned. This post had nothing to do with breastfeeding until you hijacked it. It has to…
  • But also, the comment about breastfeeding wasn't really helpful on this post. And this post wasn't directed to you. You are not a mother trying to lose a lot. This is about support and motivation, and not to make people feel bad about not being able to breastfeed. I do not comment on threads of men trying to gain weight…
  • I would love to. And I tried... Except, I wasn't a high milk producer, and when I went back to work - I dried up.
  • I had a baby almost 7 months ago, (June...It cant be that long ago...Wow!) And after I had the baby I tore my ACL (sleeping, of all places!!) I gained a lot throughout the pregnancy (70 lbs) -- my doctors were never concerned either. And afterwards tearing my ACL, I wasnt able to exercise how I had planned. :( I am looking…
  • Thank you everyone. My boyfriend and Me are going to start small basic exercising. Walking.
  • Most recently clothes. As i had a automatic measuring tape that I had gotten with my scale -- but the measuring tape broke. So, i need to purchase another one when I go to the store next for my quilting stuff.
  • I lost 33 lbs from Jan - mid Feb. So, about a month. of 2013. Out of that 54 -- I actually had lost 63 lbs, but i reflected what was gained over Christmas and the stress I had to deal with, with my family -- Had a huge family emergency -- My sister was hit by a tractor trailer. It was horrible. Anyway, weight gained, thus…
  • Thank you for posting. (You have posted almost everything else the rude people have posted, but have posted it in a educative/mature way.) I am going to call the DR and get checked out. I appreciate it. :)
  • Thank you! We have been doing this since Jan. 2012. Together we have lost around 135 lbs. Its much easier for him to lose, But we work out together, we eat together, regulate our food together. We keep each other in check. Otherwise we would give up. and we would fail miserably.
  • Absolutely not! I appreciate posts like this! This is a great post! Thank you. I was irritated with other posts, as they were unneeded. Rude, and when someone is Rude to me -- I let them know its not OK. Which is why they get it back. I all in all am a very happy person. There are still TONS of things i do not know about…
  • I'm not being mean, it was uncalled for. And you did? if you re-read my first post it says, "I work out -- but I dont eat my calories back as I dont know how accurate they are. " I felt that he was shaming me for being "FAT" so if I was being rude, then yes, I was being rude. I don't put up with that. I am looking for…
  • Say what? Who do you think you are?!! Are you saying that I do not exercise?! That I do not incorporate fitness into my life?! I am on this journey to become a healthier me. I do stay away from restaurants, you jerk. I eat more at home meals, where I plan out what I am eat EVERY MEAL. This has been a hard journey for me,…
  • I do have a "rounder" type behind, but i dont have a gap between my behind and my back when i wear jeans, and i wear an 18 everywhere. If i buy jeans at walmart, Old navy, or Lane Bryant. i dont hate it. and i feel very lucky that I am an 18, when I read other sites i should be a 24/26.
  • I am 5'3". fairly short. Is it just possible to have a bigger structure? As far as the rest of the mentions -- I think I might seek help with a nutritionist -- Because when I started this last year, I was doing almost the same things I am doing now -- and I lost 30 lbs in the first month. And I continued to do it the rest…
  • ChristianWife, Just saying, you are a very rude person. And before you start saying what I should do, you should probably read through. I do have a digital scale. I do excercise, daily actually. And its normal to weight almost 300 lbs, and be a size 18? I am losing inches, Im not looking for wise-*kitten*-ery one liners.…
  • I could try to increase my calories -- I definitely do not eat back those calories -- i do it as a logging type thing. And I"m super guilty of only eating 1 meal or so a day on the weekends. its a lot less structured then the work week. and when i say "just" i mean, within the last 6 months, so i've been weighing.
  • You think so? I consume 1300 calories. and exercise daily. I do weigh food. we just bought a digital scale for the kitchen. based on a "normal" day just living/breathing i should burn "Your estimated BMR is: 2,005 calories/day*" Im so confused. I dont think I should be a size 18, based on my weight. (not that im…
  • um...thanks, ill check it out.
  • I made it last year, love it. This is what mine looked like. (I used ground turkey too, I know its not the same...but lower calorie -- Ive also used ground chicken...tastes just as good. :) )
  • **Edit. :) i did change my work out -- I was doing Jazzercise with Denise Druce for the first 8 months, and then the boyfriend had a huge change at work -- and working out kind of stopped at home, as he was way to tired at night and I dont blame him, We continued to eat right, then in late August/early September we started…
