Thank you! First, started small...Started using the stairs -- instead of the elevator. Then we started (my boyfriend and I) doing Denise Druce Jazzercise. 27 min work out, 3 - 4 times a week.

No. In my personal opinion -- the sodium in of those things averages almost HALF of what your salt intake should be for the day. Sodium will make you retain water, and make you "higher" on the scale than you should be. My boyfriend and I make food for the week on Sunday night and make it every morning before we head to…

I'm not sure where you are. But my boyfriend and I live on a ramen budget. We have 3 dogs, an the two of us. We prepare a list of things that we need. We do majority of our shopping at discount stores. We buy our meat (poultry mostly!) at Save-a-lot. They tend to have deals where boneless skinless chicken breast is around…

I'm not going to be shamed about posting my progress pictures! (And neither should anyone else!) I've been shamed TOO long in my life for being overweight and not societys perception of beauty. And I will not be made to feel bad about posting my successes! Take your bullying somewhere else!

I can definitely notice a difference. What I do -- because I have a image problem -- I still feel like I am the same size as I was 50 lbs ago. I continually take side by side photos so that I can see the difference -- comparison photos. My phone is full of them. It shocks me every time. But it might help you notice.

Thats what I'm hoping to do! Starting similar weights. I want to get there. What were you doing? Food eating? Ive kind of hit a plateau a bit... :|

One was a mirror picture, i thought the same. If you look at the left in the bottom, looks the same as the right side one.
