I have this problem too. I started just freezing them. Id only get a week or twos worth to freeze. They get freezer burnt pretty easily.

Sometimes the increase in fiber from grains, veggues and fruits can cause bloating. Try increasing your water. That should help.

It is very common to hold onto a little extra while nursing. I would try upping your calories to 1500 and if that doesn't help then just wait till baby is completely weaned.

Welcome. Im 24. Have about 40-50lbs to lose. You can add me. : )

I think you should stop. If you are just trying to get into shape then I don't think counting calories is all that important. If you find yourself putting on the jiggly stuff more than muscle then maybe go back to counting calories.

I like to see what people eat. It gives me ideas. I don't think itd be fair not to share mine.
-
It will flatten out. You need to lose the fat in that area and not just do strength exercises.
-
I would try to limit the amount of times you go out to eat and allow yourself to indulge once in awhile. Grilled choices are always better, skip the cheese and sauces, avoid appetizers and fried things. You shouldnt feel embarassed because you want to better yourself.

Feel free to add me everyone. I log in multiple times per day. Be advised I can be kind of blunt (and expect the same). I also delete people if they haven't logged in for a week.
-
I log mine as circuit training too.
-
WOW! Awesome progress! You look great!

I have no clue how to post pics on here but my profile has 2 week progress pics. I will tell you that the thigh soreness goes away. I did that workout for awhile but my knee started to hurt so I only do it a few times a week now. It does really work. I lost 4 inches in my belly in just 2 weeks.

Very nice results!
-
Feel free to add me!

I would try to take in more protein. Dairy is good protein but go for low fat milk, cheese, yogurt or cottage cheese.
-
Thats a good start. That is basically how I started. I also cut back on soda to 3x a week.
-
Circuit training is a mix of Cardio and strength in one workout.
-
I do this! It's called calorie cycling but I do it by days and never drop below 1500 per day. It works for me.

I have been struggling with my weight for my entire life. I am determined to do this. I log daily, update statuses with good info and quotes. I have 50-70 to lose. I'll accept anyone's request so feel free to add me. I try to hold everyone accountable but will delete you if you stop logging. : )

You have to stop dieting. Make life long changes. For example I switched ground beef out for Turkey, splenda sweetened tea for soda, cut my portions and exercise more than I used to. I am also addicted to food. I try to remember that all the food will still be there later and I don't need to eat it all now. I drink soda…

I stay around 1800 calories total. MFP tells me I should take in 1200 to lose 2lbs per week so I guess that is 600 extra per day. i am losing about 1lb per week but if my calories drop any lower my milk goes down.
-
I would stop your current workouts and switch to circuit training. In my opinion that type of workout burns the most fat.

There is a lady on here that had a baby and lost 100lbs. Her belly was super flat. It will depend on your body. As far as the loose skin google foods with a lot of collagen in them. I know off the top of my head tofu has a lot. That will help your skin "shrink" back.

800 calories in a day and you exercise? That is not enough. My 7 month old baby takes in roughly 900 calories per day. I think you should seek out professional help.
-
Hello ladies. I am looking for more support too. I log everyday. My exercise is sporatic. I have been using mfp for 30 days straight sofar and have lost 8.6lbs. I am aiming for 40-50 more. Feel free to add me.
-
Try upping your calories for a few days and see if that helps.

Great Job! You are down an 18 month old! How does it feel to not be carrying that around.
