Adding you. I'm in the same boat. 😯

Feel free to add me too! I am in the same boat. None of my cute clothes fit which really bums me & often leads me to isolate myself as well. I'm lacking my confidence!

Your story sounds a lot like mine. I am just starting back here to hopefully get on track and stay there! I need to take some control and some responsibility. Anyone feel free to add me.

I have this problem too. I just measure it in cups and use 1 cup as a serving. I think the calculator could be updated too. It should say ok this will give 25 cups of food and if each serving is 1 cup it is X amount of calories.

30 day shred!
-
I use it as sour cream on tacos. I also mix it with the dry ranch packets and eat it on baked potatoes. Yummy.

Wow this is absolutely amazing. You look like a brand new person. So I have to know, Are you and Jackie a couple now or still just friends? Congratulations!

Hi Ashley. Im restarting today. Im looking for inspiration/motivation! Feel free to add me.

I wouldnt start eating at a deficit until at least 6 weeks. The first weeks are so crucial for your milk supply. Until my baby started on solids I ate 500 extra per day so I was looking at about 1800 per day. Im 5'6 and weighed about 200 at that time. Now that he eats solids I add 300 extra. I did notice when i dropped…

I use the breastfeeding option. It basically just gives you extra calories. I've been EBF my baby for 8 months, counting calories for about 65 days and have lost 17lbs. I haven't had any milk supply issues. I have found keeping up my water intake has really helped.

There's a saying around here "if it fits in your macros"' Yes eat what you want in smaller, appropriate portions.

Feel free to add me guys. I log in everyday and read everyone's diary everyday.: )
-
Thanks! I'm going go give this a try.

Find the info from the restaurants web site or the menu then input it into the mfp database.

HILARIOUS!
-
I agree, bump up your calories. If you ever stall or find that you aren't losing, bump them up. It works.
-
Hello ladies. I am relatively new to mfp. I have made my first goal, now onto my 2nd. I give myself short little goals so its more manageable. Feel free to add me if your diaries are open to friends. I like to look at peoples diaries. (no judgement) :drinker:
-
Well how many calories are you eating a day? I am not really sure but every time I stall I up my calories and the weight starts coming off again.
-
Sign me up. You should create a group for it. Ive done 30ds here and there. The workout is tough. I prefer the fat booster something or ither video but I really want that shred under my belt.
-
If you are drinking plenty of water it is likely from lack of exercise or increased body mass. When I was pregnant, my pulse was 120+ and my sbp was around 80.
-
I would calculate your bmr using no exercise. When you do exercise, log it and eat back half or all of your exercise calories.
-
Yes you need to eat them back. You can lose weight eating low calories diets but you won't be able to do it forever and you won't maintain. Also eating low cal diets can cause you to burn muscle so although you will weigh less you will look fatter.
-
Thank you!!!
-
I think your loss is great. For me breastfeeding never helped me lose weight. Im still breastfeeding now and its definetely is hard to get the weight off. Don't rush it. It will come off, just be patient.
-
This happened to me after i had a cheat meal. I did puke. I drank extra water and felt fine the next day.
-
If you are hungry you need to eat. Dropping too low will affect your milk. If you want you can add me to see my logs. Ive been breastfeeding my newesr little one 8 months now and have lost 13lbs in about 55 days. No hunger and plenty of milk supply.
-
Feel free to add me guys. : ) Ill warn ya, I eat real food and drink soda but I eat some "good stuff" too.
-
I agree it can be water. If you work out hard your muscles will retain water to repair them. Also those workouts are good strengthening so you may be gaining muscle. Id measure yourself instead of weighing.
