I think this is what I need. I am in need of some motivation. CW 192 GW after 4 weeks 184 Goals for myself the next four weeks Exercise at least 5 days a week for at least 45 mins Drink more water Good luck everyone!

Not sure if its possible to do in two months. I would recommend to keep it realistic w/ the 2 lbs a week. Might take a little longer to drop that many sizes, but you will get there. Patience is the key. And remember what works for one person doesnt always work for everyone.

I hope everyone is doing well with their challenge. I have been battleling w an upper respiratory infection. Having been exercising for about a week. :sick: I miss it. Hope I can get back at it soon.

Completed day 3 yesterday. Did alot better than day 1, but for some reason I am having trouble w the lunges. I don't think I am doing them right and my knees are hurting. Anyone else having the same problem?

I would go with lighter weights. I started w 1 lb, then on level 2 and 3 I increased to 3lb weights. i just started the program again w 5 lb weights. I am very surprised how much i have improved from day 1. Don't give up. Just try your best. Good luck.
