I have the same problem... I can go all week being sooo good with no slip ups then when it gets to Friday/Saturday nights I want a beer or a wine and crisps! I managed to resist lastnight though and sat with cups of Tea *yawn* I think Red wine is less calorific but im just not going to drink at all for now as drink leads…

Hia I usualy have one piece of wholemeal toast with 2 poached eggs, or toast with peanut butter and banana, or porridge or if im in a rush ill just grab a banana and a yoghurt

I agree with you there! I wear make up to the gym but i wear make up every day.. its a confidence thing.... im not dressing myself up to go to the gym, its just that I happen to still have my makeup on when i go....

This made me LMAO.....hehe 14lbs is totaly doo-able in a fairly short time.... i too cannot stand running... so im just going to classes like body step, body pump, meta fit etc... i only just started on Sunday and ive lost 3lbs already! woohoo! Aiming to loose another 2lbs by Sunday so that will be 5lbs in my 1st week....…
