  • I'm a low-carber too. It's the only thing that works for me and makes me feel really healthy. I'm keeping net carbs under 40 or so a day and also keeping under 1200 calories. It's working well. I get my carbs from veggies and nuts mostly. One in a while I'll have an Atkins Bar!
