Don't beat yourself up, everyone has set backs, you now are on track again. I like to drink lots of tea, there are some detox teas and cinnamon or bilberry tea takes away cravings, at least for me it does. Good luck with staying on track and try not to let one bad day lead to many more. Take care.:flowerforyou:

Logging in everyday and doing the food diary will keep you on track. When you see it written down it makes a big difference. I will encourage , add me if you like. I still have 70 lbs too loose.

I love all kinds of teas, I like to drink cinnamon tea after dinner as it stops cravings and keep your blood sugar level.

I don't trust the digital scales, you can step on three times and they will give you a different weight each time. I'm lucky enough to have one of those you see in the Doctors office and it is very accurate. I feel for your frustration because the numbers do matter especially when you first start out.

A good workout in the morning should help. I plan on bringing my own healthy snacks and eating the homemade chili. You can still enjoy the day without getting too off track. :0) Keep away from alcohol to keep your resolve.

What frustrates me the most is when you had a great week with your food and exercise and you don't lose an ounces. UGH.

I do love them with just a little sea salt and pepper, but you can put them in a salad.
