I would definitely do some bike riding before Wednesday, as bike riding uses your muscles in a different way than running. Also, how long is the trip supposed to take? In other words, how fast are you expected to be able to ride?

I like tuna mixed with some yellow mustard and some sweet hot mustard. It really helps to cover the fishy taste.

I've eaten cottage cheese melted with hot oatmeal and salted like grits, or mixed with chicken and garlic to taste kind of like chicken alfredo, or mixed with various kinds of fruits and/or yogurt. Cottage cheese may not taste like much, but you can add it to almost anything.

I know this technique won't work for everyone, but hopefully someone else will find it helpful. I used to binge eat on junk food a lot. Now, I make sure to get the nutrition (protein, etc) I need early in the day, and let myself have a small treat under my calorie limit in the evening. Looking forward to eating the treat…
