My hands down number one favourite is ; 200g of frozen banana slices 200-250 ml of milk & 1/2 tsp of French vanilla extract If you wanna be extra decadent you could use coconut milk in place of whatever milk youd otherwise use.

It's odd, I can barely stomach anything after a good workout, like ill feel full for HOURS after!

Every day except for Sunday. Time wise, I make it. I have a toddler & work, but that doesn't make a difference. If you watch tv, take 45 minutes in the bath etc they are all things that can be cut out or cut down to fit in a workout. As fair as gaining weight, you can only gain a max of about a 1lb of muscle a week, most…

I'm Gna sound like a huge cheese ball. But my partner of 4 years is my perfect partner. There's nothing about him I'd like to change, & couldn't hope for a better human being to share my life with. :)

Hummus is full of calories, avocados, mash an avocado & eat it with grilled chicken breast. Cut and avocado in half, take out the Pitt, crack an egg into the hole left & bake in the over for 15-20 minutes (delicious!) if you haven't had cashew butter try than it's amazing. Ever thought about protein bars like Quest?…

No, it's very hard for the body to adapt to working @ night , sleeping during the day. Not too mention the noise & light that is present during the day which are absent @ night. I'd workout 2 hours before your shift, shower, eat & get to work. You'll be tired the first few days, thereafter you will feel powered up & ready…

I replaced the sugar in my tea with Splenda. 1.5 month later I decided to use sugar to sprinkle on two pancakes, could barely use half a teaspoon i found it unbearably sweet! If you can't go cold turkey, wean yourself off, eventually you won't want it anymore.

Weigh everything! In 1.5 months I've lost 12.1lbs through watching what I eat, I've exercised in total Maybe 2 weeks out of that time, and nothing extreme. Weight loss really starts in the kitchen! Stay positive! Only weigh yourself once a week. Start incorporating weights into any exercise routine you may be thinking of…

If I go for a run @ 6am I usually eat a banana & a tsp of peanut butter, sometimes a probiotic yoghurt drink & couple of corn cakes. I always have some small before I exercise, it works for me. Oh & I would usually eat about 30-45 mins before.

Alcohol, crisps, chocolate, cake, meat, sex & *kitten*. I will watch a film every day, read everyday & once my broken toe is feeling better, workout for an hour a day & spent 15 minutes reflecting on life everyday, just for me. Have a great Lent everyone, hope you stick to your goals & do well with them! I gave up smoking…

Boiled it in bacon water. Nicest cabbage ever.

I vote to ban jumping jacks.

I won't be eating any meat, chocolate, crisps, sweets or drinking alcohol for the duration of Lent. I will also be observing a fast on Ash Wednesday & Good Friday.

Feel free, I always make an effort to keep in touch daily and provide support or just a kind word :)

THOSE PANTS ARE FREAKING AWESOME.
-
Listen. You actually have a genuine reason why you couldn't. I've attempted 30DS THREE separate times & each time have just collapsed after no longer than the second lot of jumping jacks. I think you did pretty awesome, and should be proud of yourself!

Corn cakes are an awesome alternative hah

This just blew my mind.
