Pork loin chops that I marinated for 24 hours with whole meal brown rice. Marinade made up of a little brown sugar, lemon juice, light soy sauce, fresh garlic & hickory smoked sauce. Delicious & low calories!

Tomorrow is my rest day. But I plan to clean the house from top to bottom (this includes moving furniture around, washing two dogs & washing inside and out windows), taking a 60 minute cross country walk with two dogs and a toddler and doing 30 DS. So I'm still getting something done on my rest day.

Ridiculous. Like people need to be bullied and made feel like outcasts from society even more than they already do. Yeah it may reverse the obesity trend but it'll be replaced by the anorexia and bulemia trends!

I would NOT say 30 day shred at all! I was 216lbs, and only exercise was from my two year old son. I almost died after 10 minutes of the DVD and couldn't walk properly for 4 days after! I don't drink all that often but 4 times or so in the last couple of weeks I just felt I'd like a couple of vodkas with fresh orange juice. So I had them. And I've lost almost 7lbs! Just count the calories n try and stay away from beer! Good luck! x

I'm 20, and live all the way over in Ireland! So the date of this goal seems Pretty apt! I'm 209, ideal weight is 134lbs! Long way to go but would love to knock 20 off in 10 weeks!

Also only workout at home. Have a few fitness DVDs Etc and some basic gym equipment. I would agree friends are really important on here. I always make an effort when someone has completed their food diary to say 'good job' etc! Means a lot to me so sure it's the same for others! We're here to support you!

How? I've been eating what I'm meant to, healthily and no starving Etc and have lost 6lbs in 2.5 weeks, what can I do to slow it down?!
