When you say, "a good exercise plan" what are you currently doing? What do you LIKE to do in your spare time - activities, etc. Plans can be as easy as walking, as fun as sports you like, or interesting like hiking... Gyms ar good but take more commitment/time/$ so depends on what fits... Best to You ! Rick

Hi Mburlina86, Agree with Justk... in particular, your goal of amount of weight loss and time. You don't need to eat "ALL" though you could reach your goal sooner - do beware of too little calories as you could slow down your metabolism thus counteracting your weight loss efforts.
