Yeah. I prefer to talk about "belts" instead of "pants". The last time I told a gal I was six inches smaller in the pants than i used to be, she stopped answering my phone calls.

belts dont stretch, do they? it feels like I have blazed through this second belt. it's still very new. i'd hate to think that instead of actually going doing the distance between hole 1 and 4, that the belt just stretched to my size.

The only thing tripping me up on this is crackers. I eat a ton of whole wheat crackers and I can eat them with almost anything. I have had 2 meals today and had ten with each meal. another lesson for me with this is that I simply can NOT cook food for several days. I tried to cook all day saturday and put things in the fridge so meals would be easy all week. Yikes. Ended up at about 3K of calories for the day and was 4 lbs heavier this morning than I was yesterday. Bad day. Back on schedule though. Ate well today and had one of my best workouts ever.

i am pretty strict on the midnight rule with both food and exercise. its the only way from keeping myself from trying to juke the stats. My rule used to be "at least 45 minutes of exercise per day". Sometimes I got to 11:58 or 59 before I reached that number, but I was never going to let myself steal from the next day.

LaJauna, what are the actual numbers for those percentages? I currently shoot for 75/75/150 for C/F/P. I am thinking about dropping to 50 carbs.
