An augmentation is going to be the icing on the cake once I reach my goal weight and lean muscle definition (and have better income). Until then, Victoria's Secret's miraculous bras are my best friend.

Second this.

Yes. Water retention. 1-2 lbs.

As long as your not like that one chick who hasn't eaten anything except for packaged ramen noodles for the past 10 years... I think you're good.

I think that you're smart to be a little concerned. I have *mega* anxiety as well and also love a good murder-investigation story, which sometimes don't mix so well together, as you know. Obviously, avoid running in the mountains or heavily forested areas alone unless you stick to a small, familiar area. Other than…

Fake it til you make it, as they say. Force yourself to stay in control by only keeping with you what you need to eat for the day. Work through the cravings. Start or continue researching the harmful effects of *excess* processed sugar and saturated fat in the diet. Continue to log and stay within your calorie limits. This…

My health science teacher JUST passed out a paper with this info on it in class recently.

Life without parole. There are only a select handful of cases that I personally believe warrant the death penalty, and as horrible as her case is, it didn't make the cut.

I would at least aim for above 1000, and definitely 1200 or more when you have added exercise calories.

Totally agree. At least she admitted to being 5'10". If I were that tall I would be more than happy to up my intake to 1600+! But yep, I got to the point I am at by eating about 2000-2500 per day, sometimes more, sometimes less.

This is a horrible thread as far as success stories are concerned. :brokenheart: I'm 5'1" with a small build and 1200-1350 is definitely enough for me as long as I'm eating back my exercise calories. I have my activity level set to "active" and MFP still only gives me 1200. But like I said, this is because I am built…

Dang, you lost about 15+ years!

Couldn't have said it better myself.

You can make a huge omelet for breakfast with a bunch of egg whites. Another nice high-protein snack is cottage cheese. And if you're into soy, you can snack on edamame.

This.

I have no idea what this means, but she mentions "ripped", "pizza", "fun", "sex" and "hot guy"... so I think that's a good thing!
-
This is one of the sweetest things I've ever seen on this site. She looks smokin!

I still crave them all. Milk shakes, onion rings, wine, tropical drinks, hamburgers, pancakes... the list goes on and on of high-cal foods that I adore. Thank goodness I'm getting better at low-cal meals so that I can fit icecream into my schedule a few+ times a week.

Drinking buddy.

This, except 25 and planning to stay in my 20's for another 20 years.

Any of these: dried cranberries, raisins, truvia, a tbsp. of maple syrup, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, diced apples, cinnamon, ground flaxseed, sliced peach

I think a little healthy competition is fun. You're not being a bad friend. If you said that this was your only reason for getting in shape, that would definitely be crazy! But I can see where you're coming from and I think that you can use these thoughts as "fuel" for your workouts and motivation to eat clean.

Edgy. In a good way.

Cute sense of style. Edit: Oops! Meant that for the girl two above. But the bike is nice-looking as well.
