  • I really mistrust diet plans that use herbs and pills etc ,because what are you going to do later / gain it back or keep on pills etc . I feel one has to eat normal foods and control those by smaller servings , and counting calories ... I had a cup of mushroom soup for lunch - 200 calories !!!! who'd a thought it ? I lost…
  • Good for you - a real inspiration to us all - I pigged out three times now after doing quite well and losing ten pounds in four weeks - wondering why ? I am over 80 and need more breath and energy to walk more , how do you deal with all these cravings especially during the evenings when SNOW is too deep to walk in .
