how well do these hold up at room temp/heat? (can someone message me if you know lol i think the response will get lost)

this. you can make them with vanilla soy/almond milk, regular milk, brown sugar, fruit, etc. i especially like to put brown sugar and a banana in, and then microwave...when the bananas warm up it tastes like banana bread.

awesome!!

you could do a body wrap that can help you lose several inches for a few days. you'll need to go to a spa-type place.

lots of medicines treat multiple conditions. just look at viagra.

i seriously was about to say this. i can't see the photo, since i'm at work, but if YOU like the way it looks, then do it! as another person suggested, you could always pack the tankini in case you get uncomfortable. but in my experience, after you've been wearing it for a little while, you probably won't even care.

i'm having issues with mine as well. i sent a pretty nasty email to the company and they wrote back saying to pop the battery out of the sensor for 5 minutes and then put it back in, which has helped. still, on my bike ride yesterday, i saw my HR at 225 as well as 0. i'll be getting a different brand in the future.

as others have said, unless you're going to do it for the rest of your life then i would find another method. my mother had great success and keeps the weight off as long as she stays away from carbs. it's important to note as well that she still ate at a deficit and exercised in addition to the lifestyle change.

do you have a website?

toss the pit in with it once you go to store it and that should help keep it from getting brown right away

i always try to work out before. also: create a custom exercise in the database for either 500 or 600 calories and eat them back no matter what. don't wanna pass out, hit your head, and be unable to go back to the gym cause you have a concussion :-P

what to do? with the rain this afternoon i'm thinking i should get my 45 miler in this morning instead of waiting :-( the chance of rain has shot up to 45%. i don't have appropriate rain gear to do it all while it's pouring down on me. guess i just answered my own question. wonder if i should still go to the shop for the…

i like to replace fatty stuff with greek yogurt a lot. i believe you can also do it with cottage cheese. as for sugar, i just use splenda baking blend.

thankfully it's not a fitbit, just a plain ol' pedometer, and i'm not actually using it to track calories. i just wanna make sure i'm doing the 10,000 daily recommended steps. i do have an actual HRM for exercise. thanks!
-
seems deceptively easy. thanks!!

they have hundreds of pounds to lose. OP only has 50. this is ridiculous. just take 30-60 minutes a day and watch what you eat.
-
i plan to be there unless it's raining. i'm gonna do the 48 mile course
-
the only way you can gain weight is by eating at a surplus. you're either underestimating your intake or overestimating your burn (or both). start logging everything, every day, and keep exercising.

what a huge difference! keep up the good work!
