Depends on what you want to get out of logging your food. I log it all. Veggies/fruits have fiber, carbs, sugar, vitamins ... it all counts if you're looking for overall awareness of your diet.

This. Yes. French-pressed with freshly-ground beans is the best coffee preparation I've experienced thus far. Clean carafe and grinder are essential. I just started yesterday! I made it through pretty well, but I've been working on the elliptical for a solid 4 months so I've built at least some strength in my legs.

If I stay up too late and get hungry again (read: TONIGHT) and I have some calories left, I make a simple egg with salsa or something similar that's high in protein or fiber and eat it slowly, savoring every bite. I've lost about 15 lbs and I feel great! People are noticing, too, and I can fit back into most of my cute clothes. I'm thisclose to my goal, and overall I'm happy with my results.

Today was way too busy and I forgot to post ... 131.0. Gained .6 lbs due to TOM.

Adora dark chocolate calcium supplements and dark chocolate almond milk are my go-to for chocolate cravings. The almond milk is higher in cals, so I mix it with vanilla almond milk in my cereal or granola so I still get the super yummy flavor but without the extra cals.
